The Daly Books, LLC offers bookkeeping, consulting, office and life organization services. Our goals are to help businesses and people become better organized and protect their most precious asset, time!

That's why we offer consulting services, bookkeeping services such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, collections, and reconciliation. In addition, The Daly Books provides general office help and organization.

 

To best meet the needs of your business, we offer both contract and hourly rates.

The Daly Books currently serves clients in the areas of insurance management and advocacy, equestrian, history preservation, dance & music, and non-profit work, pharmaceuticals, and more. Other areas of expertise include publishing, music and dance, consulting and office management.

We understand that being organized and having important information easily accessible can provide peace of mind in times of personal tragedy or other life-altering experiences.

 

That's why we created the "Daly Book," a central location for storing and organizing your most valuable information. Whether it's a physical binder, flash drive, encrypted drive, or another form of repository, the Daly Book helps you keep all of your important documents and information in one place, accessible whenever you need it.

 

Our team works with clients to create their own Daly Book, guiding them through the process of organizing their life into a single, easy-to-use resource.

Meet Tom "Norm" Daly

Tom Daly, owner & founder of The Daly Books, has a wealth of experience and knowledge gained from various business roles. Over the course of his 20-year career, he has operated small businesses, worked in corporate settings, managed non-profit services on a military base, and served as an accountant for multi-million-dollar utilities companies. His dedication to excellence and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service have been evident throughout his professional journey.

As the Founder and Owner of The Daly Books, Tom specializes in providing life organization, bookkeeping, tax preparation, and office services, assisting businesses and individuals in maximizing their time and staying organized. With his expertise in accounting services, he has helped clients navigate complex financial concepts, develop plans for debt reduction, and achieve financial independence.

 

Tom's role as a licensed Financial Services Representative for over 6 years further demonstrates his passion for helping clients understand life insurance and investments, empowering them to make informed financial decisions.

Throughout his career, Tom has been a dedicated advocate for client satisfaction and efficiency. As a Client Relationship Manager at SJ Health Insurance Advocates, he oversaw the needs of numerous clients and facilities, managing claim adjudication, reimbursements, and ensuring seamless processes with insurance companies.

 

Tom's role as an Office Manager and 2nd in command at Rocking Horse Rehab showcased his exceptional organizational skills and leadership abilities. He successfully managed a diverse work and volunteer staff, maintained budgets and insurance management, and upheld high standards of performance and compliance.

Furthermore, Tom's experience as a Cash Application Specialist at Robert Half Finance & Accounting allowed him to excel in reconciling accounts of various sizes, ranging from $100 to $1,000,000+. His thorough research and implementation of efficient cash application processes have contributed to accurate financial records and strong client relationships.

 

As the Billing and AR Coordinator at Hart Energy Publishing, Tom processed payments, prepared invoices, and analyzed collections reports, demonstrating his keen attention to detail and commitment to financial integrity.

Tom's well-rounded background, spanning customer service, accounting, office management, and leadership roles, uniquely positions him to provide comprehensive support to businesses and individuals. His passion for optimizing financial and organizational processes, coupled with his dedication to exceptional customer service, makes him an asset for any endeavor.
